The price of each service is shown individually on the corresponding quote, proposal or checkout page before payment is completed. All amounts are displayed in Japanese yen (JPY) and include consumption tax.

Bank transfer fees, international remittance fees and any other charges levied by the chosen payment method are borne by the customer. No shipping fees apply, as all services are digital.

Services begin once payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on the agreed scope and are stated in writing in the proposal for each project.

We accept credit card, PayPay and bank transfer payments through Stripe.

Credit card and PayPay: charged immediately at the time of order. Bank transfer: within 7 days after the invoice is issued.

Because our offerings are bespoke digital services, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted once execution has begun. If a delivered service contains a defect attributable to Lee Sugano Digital Solutions, we will provide a correction or a proportional refund as agreed in the contract. Requests must be sent to contato@leesugano.com within 8 days of delivery.

If a defect or failure attributable to this company is identified, the repair or replacement will be carried out at no additional cost to the customer.
